If you are looking for some information on the accessibility of various ports around the Caribbean, check out https://www.accessiblecaribbeanvacations.com/

The site was started by John Sage (who also focuses on accessible travel in Europe with Sage Travelling) and has a number of cruises/packages you can buy.  While the focus is on package tours, there are also detailed descriptions of the different ports accross the Caribbean and their accessibility, so even if you are more of an independent traveler, there is still a lot of information you can use!

    Hope this is useful.
